The Gap Table

ABOUT

This project was born from the love of material combinations as an aesthetic. It is an experimentation with resin, asymmetry and negative spaces which was pushed by my constant questioning of the traditional look for things.

The shape in which the resin is formed is the map of Peru. There was a big Peruvian fanaticism due to the most recent soccer world cup. I figured that if the country was being showed in cups, t-shirts, and all sort of objects, then why not furniture too?
